- All prices quoted are per piece in US dollar.
- For wholesale
- Down payment required maybe 100% or 50% (depending on the product chosen) from order value payable cash or by credit card
- All billing are made in US$ currency
- Orders are shipped and insured via Indonesia Custom with the choice of the following carriers:

¤ EMS
¤ UPS
(Insurance, shipping and Indonesian Customs (if applicable) provided for
at real cost)
Our sales representative will contact you after receiving your order by
the next business day referring to:
- Pro Forma Invoice.
- Request for payment (including payment options and instructions).
- Questions we might have regarding your order.
After shipment of your order we will send you the following documents:
1. Shipping company and Waybill details.
2. Copy of your final invoice.
3. Balance accounting report
- If your are not 100% satisfied of your purchased items, your are welcome
to return them in within 10 days of receipt date.
- You will receive a full credit for the return items and postage fee.
- With the above credit you are welcome to purchase new items.
Note: Cash refunds are not available for those purchases.

in your shipped parcel
- Kindly advise our representative before shipping back your items to

NOTE: any returned items without prior co-ordination may result in Import
Duties by the Indonesian Customs for which you will be responsible.
